'We had a lovely stay. The house was clean, tidy and very comfortable, in a great area with everything conveniently close by. It’s just a short walk into town, which was ideal. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this property to others.'

'Accommodation was fine, clean and had hardly any issues. But just a few comments. We are both in our mid 70's and my wife having had recent back surgery had a lot of difficulty climbing and descending 4 flights of very narrow stairs. Even I had trouble with them and I do not have big feet but I had to go down sideways. I am surprised they meet building standards. Could definitely do with a printed welcome pack in the room to get guests started with the amenities, there were no instructions for...

'If you book this we will be jealous as we have had a fabulous time here, 8 minutes walk to beach 15 minutes to station/town, very quiet location wonderful neighbours, lovely sunny garden, heating worked lovely, obviously some minor maintenance needed but nothing to worry about or get in the way of your stay. 'Nice clean caravan, adequate for our needs. We'll equipped and good working order. TV reception poor if you require that but overall agood stay. Great location for supermarkets and retail park. Short drive to Bognor seafront.'

'Lovely house near the sea (across the road and along 20 meters was a path) in a small community. A convenient local store and a few restaurants. Reasonable distance from Bognor Regis (15 min drive; hour walk; direct bus). House itself clean and comfortable, with a few nice extras (we liked the pool table/tennis table/meal table).'
