'Great base for a holiday on the island, with nice walks to beaches, pubs and local shops near by. The accommodation is well kept and has everything someone self catering would need. The reception staff were great to deal with and really helpful. Very happy with our stay.'

'The cottage has an awesome history. Enough space for a family of four. A great back yard to play in. The hostess, Sara, was super kind and had a lot of knowledge about the surroundings and history. Everything you can think of is available: a baby bed, a gate to close of the garden, enough cutlery, bottle opener, washing machine… everything! The location is super. We could travel to all castles and touristic locations within an hour. Would definetely recommend this place!'

'The once lovingly furnished house is unfortunately no longer in very good condition and furnishings. It would need to be thoroughly cleaned and the missing dishes, kitchen utensils, etc. replaced. The chimney flue is not working properly and the pressure of the hot water pipe for showers is poor. What was most annoying was the poor cleaning: cobwebs from the ceiling, thick dust everywhere, the furniture greasy from the fireplace. There was neither a mop mob nor a vacuum cleaner to help yourself....

'A charming property, clean and with everything we needed. Julie gave us a warm welcome welcoming and was very helpful, making suggestions and recommendations for our stay. It’s a peaceful location, only a short walk from the canal - perfect for a stroll to Chichester, where the cathedral and gardens are well worth seeing. West Wittering beach is nearby too.'

'Beautiful spacious property we walked down to the pub and had food which was lovely. The property had everything you would need and beds comfortable. There was an information book that the owners had put together which told you about local walks but we never got the chance to do them. '
