'Excellent, comfortable basement ADU. Can get hot on hot days but cooled off well at night with provided fans.'

'The check in process is easy and the location is very convenient. The air conditioners in the bedrooms are very quiet. The rooms are clean but a few misc. notes. There is no tissue being provided, we have to go shopping for tissues. We can only find three coffee mugs in the kitchen cabinets (we have 4 people). The Keurig cup was left in the brewer (not sure how long it has been there). Since we are not sure the brewer has been cleaned or not so we boiled water for the instant coffee which...

'This place was fine since I needed something in a pinch and everything else was booked up, but it didn’t feel very comfortable. Things felt outdated and the bed I sunk into more than I would have liked. It felt like the mattress was over a decade old. Also it’s very noisy due to some of the rooms having windows and glass doors to walking hallways that had direct lights showing into them.'
