'Paid for a king suite with a whirlpool tub. No tub. Ila at desk very rude and said she couldn’t do anything about it because we booked through Expedia. Also charged more than the advertised rate for a pet. Hot tub was warm not hot. Pool and hot tub area not clean. Would not come there again'

Our host was very responsive to a few questions we had, and added several sweet personal touches to our stay that made the house cozy and welcoming, especially for my kids. We hiked the Catawba Trail, spent some time in nearby Black Mountain, and made s'mores by the firepit. It was a great weekend getaway for a family. '

'2-years in a row that the pool was closed. Shower head leaked & had weak water pressure. The Conditioner was empty upon arrival & need to have some sort of ‘night light’ available instead of only bright lights or TV. Not being picky, I liked my stay… I’m just trying to give good honest feedback ~ easy improvements. Thank You. '

'Black bear was very cozy and tidy. It was so nice to be able to escape for acouple days. The cabin had everything you needed and there were places to eat and a grocery store close by if you needed one. Very nice! Brad and Dana were easily accessible if you needed anything as well. '

'The tiny home is beautiful. Clean. Quiet. The grounds are lovely. Park like setting. The location is perfect. Close to Asheville. Close to the Blueridge Parkway. Great food close by. I recommend this place for anyone who wants some R&R and/or shopping and eating in Asheville, NC. Beautiful scenery is all around. I had a great time.Sonya'

'The property was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful, but I asked for a Mountain View room and was given a wheelchair accessible room, and there was so much noise above me that it felt like they were doing construction or there was a gym upstairs. This was a little upsetting because I had a long bike ride in the morning and that was the reason why I stayed there'
