'The stay was great. Quiet neighborhood in the off season and a quick walk to the beach. The interior was perfect for writing. The kitchenette was dated and the stove/range was iffy but I managed to make simple meals. Only major issue was the bathroom sink had no cold water valve so it was too hot to wash and brush teeth in the bathroom. Had to use the kitchen. 'We loved our stay here! Our kids loved the upstairs rooms. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals at the cottage. There is an outdoor shower, beach chairs, beach towels, washer and dryer. Mike was a wonderful host, checked in on us, he was helpful and so quick to respond to messages. The cottage is a short walk to Vineyard Haven. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it.'

'My husband and I enjoyed this location for venturing out and exploring different parts of the Cape. The cottage is well appointed with everything in a tidy spot. The beds were firm and very comfortable. The owner was very easy to reach and made our stay carefree. We liked having access to tv and enjoyed playing a board game that was left for use on a shelf with games, puzzles and some books. This spot feels very residential but has nice access to Brewster and has a pond within walking...

We didn't get to use the kayaks as the weather was great, but it was good to know they were available for us. We had everything we needed in the house and it was better than we expected. As it was just the two of us we didn't try the pull out bed. Even though we were there in the bad weather the house stayed nice and warm. We would come back here. '
