We didn’t have many complaints about the property itself, and the space was comfortable. That said, for the price we paid, we expected a few more amenities. There was no iron or ironing board, and there weren’t any garbage bags provided despite being instructed to take out our garbage. We also didn’t have access to any closet to put our stuff...

'The most disappointing was the view from our room. We were not told that there would be construction happening right outside our room at the time of our stay. This was disappointing for the price we paid. Finally, the people behind the counter were wonderful but had very little knowledge about the surrounding area. Further training is needed in order to help guests. However, the location of the hotel was beautiful, away from the downtown Canmore, and very clean. It had a nice shared...

'Our family of 10 including 4 kids, stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. We simply loved the unit and the setup. It was conveniently located at an ideal distance from near by attractions - Banff Town, Lake Louise etc. We did all our Banff park explorations from this location until we drove out to Jasper national park. It is also at a reasonable distance from Calgary city in case you have to drive back to get something. The unit has all the necessary amenities and most importantly the host team...
