'We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed in terms of location, a lovely view of the river, and plenty of room for three of us. We did not use the kitchen as far as cooking but it had everything you would need. We did not use the pool but I gave it five stars because I didn't want to ruin the review. Kim was really nice to work with. We were able to walk to restaurants in the area or go to Broadway, and only had to Uber for the further away adventures and getting...

'The rental couldn't have been better. In town to experience Nashville for the first time, we were able to park and walk to Broadway, Germantown and many other Downtown attractions. The Condo was clean and had helpful operational notes and locational suggestions throughout. Didn't have enough time to test out the pool, but as we were leaving, we checked it out and it looked nice. Would recommend these accommodations to any couple or small group.'

'Was clean and very nice inside. Well maintained over all but the outside roof area could use some updating. View is not quite as advertised as an apartment building has been built in the middle of the view of Nashville shown on VRBO. Overall a good experience.'
