'Beware! The parking is not as advertised and cost a fortune. The room was noisy at night making sleep difficult due to noisy air conditioner. The staff at the hotel was quite unfriendly and was quite unhelpful. And most of all getting in touch with Expedia was impossible to achieve, even as I write this review they have not responded to my claims.'

'The apartment itself has the potential to be spectacular. The location is great, and under normal circumstances, I believe we would have had a very different experience. The obstructed views, the condition of the balconies, and the construction noise—starting early in the morning—had a much greater impact than we had anticipated based on the...

'Clean, modern studio apartment with W/D, kitchenette, and large fridge. Bathroom quite nice. The bed was a bit lumpy and like ALL of the Brickell apartments and condos late nite Lamborghini and muscle car backfires are common. Our host was polite and left earplugs on the bed when we. Checked in. Given its location, I would stay there again. '

'Excellent location, not worth the price and kind of amenities offered. Valet parking is expensive, offsite parking is a hassle. No convenience store around the tower. Bath tub design not meant for seniors. Not enough cookware in the kitchen.'

'The apartment's location couldn't have been better. Our host was very prompt in their responses with the few questions we had. Staff in the lobby and the hotel were very helpful. Our morning started out with a very peaceful walk along the river with fantastic views. All the places we waved to cover during our stay were within 5 to 6 miles. There were excellent restaurants and cafes within a few minutes of walking. Even Whole Foods. I would highly recommend the hosts and the apartment.'
