'Our family really enjoyed our second year's vacation there this year. The owner is good about keeping things in good shape and attractive. If I had to suggest any priories for improvements this year it would be recushioning the dining chairs and adding blackout fabric or blinds to sheer sidelight windows in the upper floor bedrooms.'

'Great property for our family! Pool was perfect after a hot day at the beach. Loved having the golf cart for trips back and forth to the beach. Property was spacious and plenty of bathrooms. Owner was fantastic! Great communication!'

'We visit Sunset Beach every year and this was the first time we did not use one of the local rental agencies. I was nervous at first but once we got in the home it was exactly as described and in very good condition for being one of the older homes on the island. It had more amenities and was very roomy and comfortable. One of the best feature is the large screened porch with comfy chairs! '
