'This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the this house. Very pleased with all aspects and even more with the courteous folks that I got to talk to and deal with along the way. The construction folks were very courteous and respectful once we got there along with the cleaning lady that I met because were a little early. I will be looking to reserve this house again in the near future. The new top deck looks great! Thank you all very much.'

'House was great. Beds were comfy We wish instructions about linens had been clearer. No indication if they were included or not in earlier communication, therefore we assumed they WERE included. Later check in instructions led us to believe perhaps they were not so we rented them unnecessarily. Could have done without the extra charge for that. Everything else was great'

'Very nice place. It is rather old but that increases the atmosphere of being at the beach. I will definitely stay here again.'
