'Very disappointed with the level of of service at the pool. Upon check in, front desk did not advise I needed to book complimentary seating at the pool days in advance. Trying to get a seat was absolutely ridiculous and the staff was not helpful at all. When I brought it to their attention that multiple people came in before and after us and were given seats, the manager said they were not aware of that - packed pool, cloudy water, poor bev and food service coupled with poor management left me...
