'Friendly staff. The room was really nice and the amenities/toiletries were great/elevated. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is in a great location and had a nice view of campus from big window. Noticed some less common areas that hadn’t really been dusted in a while (ie ontop of waterfall shower head/ontop of picture frames).'

'This was convenient due to how close it was to the Cincinnati Zoo. We also visited the Newport Aquarium and The Underground Railroad Museum, all within a 15-20 minute drive from hotel. All excellent to see, and recommend highly. What we didn't expect was the $9 a night to park our car. Please know you will be charged. This fee has never been charged at any hotels we've stayed at. We upacked our cold items into the refrigerator and one hour later noticed nothing was getting cold. The manager came...

'I called and was told there was an airport shuttle but once there that was not true. I had not checked the website which stated such. The hotel refunded money the money even with non cancel but Expedia does not refund money. Very disappointed as I use Expedia for my travel. We canceled and stayed elsewhere. Tge area and property were not great. Smoking of weed in parking lot when we arrived.'

'Room looked clean but everything was sticky (all furniture, and even carpet!) and there was trash in corners and in between furniture. Thermostat was set on 68 - I turned it up to 76 and 5 hours later it was 71 degrees - I turned it OFF and 7 hours later it was 73 degrees...something's not right!'
