'We have stayed at The Graduate in Cincinnati more than a dozen times. This stay we booked 2 rooms. The rooms themselves are great…comfortable beds and spacious living areas. However one room received room service the first day (making beds & straightening the bed), the other did not. We asked at the desk and they apologized and took down our room number. 'Lil rough around the edges but unit was clean, smelled good, bed had no bugs, unit had no bugs! I would 100 stay here again- gym was very equipped! Taco Bell is a calling distance and I mean like 2 second walk. Bed was actuallly comfortable too, also more than 1 pillow. '

'My experience with this host was terrible. I reached out multiple times on the day of check-in and did not receive a response until an hour after my check-in time. Because of this lack of communication, we were left waiting with no way to access the property and ultimately had to book a hotel at the last minute.
