'Good points: location is convenient to LA, Hollywood and Universal Studios. Free shuttle to Universal is a big plus (remember to reserve well ahead of time). The pool area and the sun deck are a great place to lounge. Rooms are good enough with decent beds. Bad points: walls of rooms are thin and there may be a lot of noise. Parking spaces are built for 1950s cars and are small for today’s size of cars. My main negative point was that the hotel charged us a ridiculous amount for a new bed sheet...

'Nice place to stay, we requested 2 queens but got a king and a chaise lounge. Since we are a family of 4 it would have been nice to have sheets and blankets already in the room for the chaise and we also brought a pack and play for our 3-year-old. But bed was super comfortable and it worked out and the front desk brought sheets, blankets & pillows right away.'
