'The house met all of my expectations. Plenty of towels were provided and extra linens were available as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and make coffee. The house is exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is a nice quiet neighborhood, I felt safe. There was soap left behind in the shower from the person that stayed before us but that wasnt a huge deal. The communication was good when I was trying to book but when I was trying to move my booking over a day, I never heard back...

'Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. '

'Amazing, perfect location. We could walk to Main Street for meals, lots of great restaurants minutes away. Oneonta Outlaws play at the ballpark you can literally watch from the front yard. Gas stations and grocery store close by. Perfect for parents staying for a Cooperstown week. About 25 min drive to the Dreams Park. Clean, smelled great, older-remodeled building but great stay! '

'A good basic place to stay if you plan on spending a lot of time at All Star Village...it's about a 10-minute drive. The shared washer & dryer worked well and I used it multiple times during the week without any waiting. Only area for improvement is that I needed to contact the property manager for the check-in process, as I hadn't received it by the time Vrbo said I should...property manager was easily reachable & responsive though.'
