'People were noticeably friendly'

'The renovated suite was wonderful! The breakfasts were really good. Several of the breakfast supplies were low or out and when asking the staff, she said to look at the other stations and continued to stay in the kitchen area. Not friendly.'

'We stayed here for one night, the hotel room was dirty, the carpets are very dirty and the whole place smelt like dirty mop water. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 10am but when we went to breakfast at 9:30am most of the hot food items were empty and when we asked the worker if she was going to come out to replace it with more she said no because they are closing soon. This made no sense!! There was still a half an hour left of breakfast. We heard many others around us say the same...

'We had a horrible experience with this hotel. We booked our trip through Expedia for a relative's wedding. Upon arrival the hotel claimed to never receive the funds from Expedia and forced us to pay them directly at a higher rate than Expedia. Went back and forth with the staff and Expedia support. Whole trip was ruined. Expedia came through in the long run and refunded our original price. Hotel staff barely spoke english and hardly answered the phones when Expedia would call to resolve the...

'Only issue was the shower. Had a ridiculous lack of water volume/pressure. Not near enough for the variable shower head to even begin to function as it should.'

'It was comfortable breakfast included unfortunately the nights we stayed a lot of young kids a very rowdy bunch but they are kids'

'The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was nice, and looked fresh and clean. Everything in the room looked updated. We especially enjoyed having a television in the living room area and in the bedroom . My husband was able to watch his shows while I slept. The kitchen was very clean and there was an icemaker in the fridge, which was very convenient.'
