'Not the best location for down town but an ok option for the airport. Plentgt of options to eat around nothing else. You need to call them if you plan to use their airport shuttle if you dont want to wait like ı did for 45 mins and no shuttle shows up. I got to learn i was supposed to call - where is it mentioned? dont be fooled by the photos by the way and manage tour expectations!'

'Kate was our front desk advisor. She was courteous and we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. The hotel was clean and the staff were very kind. Location is ok (as it was raining so without close restaurants less than a mile - you were forced to eat in or get wet). Great shuttle service. '

'Success being a hotel near Fort Lauderdale you probably get a lot of people from Kohl’s areas during the winter and there was absolutely no places to sit outside except the pool area that closes and in the pool area cannot bring any glass cans, beverages or anything. It would be nice if there was a sitting area. We got takeout food and had to sit on the curb.'

'Everything is Bright, and Shining, Looks good to me. Breakfast also better than a lot of hot is in this area. Restaurants close to the hotel.I would definitely stay here again with another cruise.'

'The front desk staff were kind and efficient. The room was clean but the bathroom was not cleaned properly and had hair all over. The bathroom water is yellow which I guess is currently a Fort Lauderdale issue. There is a quick efficient shuttle service to and from the airport and cruise port. The cruise shuttle is $20 per person. FLL airport is a nightmare but the shuttle driver will be in contact to do pick up. '
