'What a dream it was to stay at this resort. The food was amazing from all restaurants, the staff was great and attentive, they did knock on our doors a bit too much at night which kind of freaked us out- it was after 8pm and not used to that. They were simply dropping off our champagne and one night had us mixed up for room service. Anyways other than that- 200% will come back!'

'The property is well maintained, and the views from the common areas framed by pillars and marble are gorgeous. The room was comfortable, clean and had a beautiful view of the beach. Could not hear the adjacent rooms when indoors. The restaurant Lena is fabulous - the Cuban night food was sensational - I wish it had been open every night. The other restaurant Vela had a charming atmosphere, but the food was average. Every member of staff interacted with were friendly, polite, and helpful.'

'This is an amazing hotel. We will for sure plan more stays here. ery clean. They welcomed us with a very tasty drink. The guy who was helping us chek in was a very nice one. Staff were always wearing a smile very respectful and friendly. The lazy river was the highlight. Room service was fantastic. They were cleaning the room many times a day. The pools were great. They had a very good show for 4-th of July. Also activities for children and a pool party with a DJ. Food was great all restaurants...
