'We had an excellent stay in our Reserve swim-up rooms! Special shoutout to Pedro, who came around to our swim-ups to take food and drink orders. It was such a nice touch and he really make our trip special. We also really loved the option to reserve cabanas for free. 'This is a nice resort. Clean. Beautiful infinity pool. One noticeable major issue, however is the accessibility to food and drinks. It was difficult to order drinks and food around the pool. It was hard to find water bottles. The wait time for breakfast in the morning was 20 minutes or more. Depending on the time of ordering room service it could take an hour or more. 'Staff was really nice and hotel was definitely a 3 star hotel. It’s not bad but it doesn’t look like the pictures. The windows in the room are like you’re in a basement. You can’t open them because there isn’t a screen. There isn’t an elevator and there are LOTS of steps so not handicapped accessible. '
