'Kim was the most fantastic host I’ve ever had!! She maintains the Inn all on her own and does a great job making sure everything is handled in a timely manner, as well as making sure you feel so welcomed and comfortable. She was also great to have conversations with and is the sweetest lady with the biggest heart. She made sure my friends and I had everything we needed while we were staying in town for a music festival, and she was very easy to communicate with. I will absolutely be staying here...

'Place was never cleaned, pull back sheets and hair everywhere, ( I slept on the couch) clumps of hair in the living room, hair in tub and bathroom, brown stains on kitchen floor (I'm hoping it was chocolate). Response from management "OH, that's terrible".....I would never stay there again!'
