'Rooms are in poor shape. There were construction workers remodeling the rooms which will help. No coffee maker. Office is in lock-down which tells you the type of neighborhood they are in. Looked good on their web site. Would not recommend this hotel until the remodeling is complete. '

'The room were very spacious and trendy. But the walls are thin. We could hear all that was going on next door, more than we wanted. At night someone entered our room. When we told the staff member the following morning he just said 'okay' and no apology or reason. The room was not tidied when we came back the second day. 'Breakfast was very good and the Team kept the place very clean and were friendly and helpful. The Gym and Pool were well maintained and were available until midnight which was very convenient compared to most hotels. There's a very nice mall adjacent to the Hotel with plenty of restaurants in the area and felt safe to walk, even at night. We would heartily recommend staying at this Embassy Suites and will definitely stay here again. Anthony Lee'

'In general very good hotel (especially the location for the disney runs) however small defects are noticeable: the toilet kept on running and the shower head was spilling a lot of water and the pressure was rather low. However we would stay here again as the location is fantastic for both the park access and the Disney run start'
