'I’ve stayed at similar hotels in the area, and I can say this has been my favorite. The staff was very friendly at check-in; they let me check in in the morning and leave my car there for an extra fee, which saved me the cost of Disney parking.
I highly recommend it, and for the price, it’s perfect.'

When we told the staff member the following morning he just said 'okay' and no apology or reason. The room was not tidied when we came back the second day. Just towels that we did not want changed and the trash bins were emptied. We were very excited when we came in, but the experience itself was disappointing and the fact that...

'Feels like such a tucked away gem! So much lovelier and more peaceful than the other hotels close to Disney. Our front desk greeter was exceptionally kind and helpful which really meant a lot getting in after a hectic travel day. Excellent experience across the board. '

"In general very good hotel (especially the location for the disney runs) however small defects are noticeable: the toilet kept on running and the shower head was spilling a lot of water and the pressure was rather low.
However we would stay here again as the location is fantastic for both the park access and the Disney run start"
"The check in on arrival was ok, not great but ok. The room was dusty and kind of smelly, so we asked front of house staff for a vacuum cleaner. Which we never got. The building and central facilities look ok, the rooms are looking poor, backlog in maintenance.
We slept late, so they only cleaned our room once out of the four nights. We asked for towels and toilet paper, since cleaning more or less excluded our room, and only got towels. We bought the toilet paper at Walmart.
Parking is an open space around the building for 25 dollars a night. The gardeners are very active early in the morning with leave blower equipment which is not nice when you are still sleeping.
Our room was at the side of the highway, acoustic is really bad. With the window closed, it still feels like you are sleeping on the bridge.
Overal, if you dont need to go there, than dont. In addition, we have tried multiple hotels with the Hilton signature (by Hilton), but basically every hotel that has that mark you should not go to. Hotels arent well maintained, dusty and loud.
