'Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly and so was the shuttle service. I had one issue, housekeeping came earliest in the day but I slept in so they had no access. I left later in tue afterwards, removed the sign feom the door and saw the housekeeper outside my door, even said hello, but when I got back, the room was not cleaned. I called down for towels and staff was accomodative and got them to me right away but no one apologized about the housekeeping issue. Sometimes a simple sorry...
