The property is dreamy, the restaurant Blue Heron is great and the service was amazing.
It's a shame that they charge extra for the infrared sauna when you are paying almost $400 for a room. Other than that, it was a great trip.

The hotel is about 3/4 of a mile from the plaza, but there's a shuttle to take you there and back if you don't want to walk. '

"fantastique hôtel, adorable et très propre. Plein de charme. Et que dire du splendide jardin! Merveilleux! nous avons passé la soirée au coin du brasero avec d’autres voyageurs. Quant au petit déjeuner il était royal et sain!

"The sheets on one of the beds were used and not changed. There were swet and blood stains on the sheet. When I asked for a refund the employee couldn’t give me one. The manager didn’t pick up the phone when he called him.
We had to come back tomorrow when the manager was there. No we can’t, we wouldn’t be in Santa Fe anymore. We had to come to the lobby yesterday and they would have given us another room. My husband was already sleeping and I was ready to go to bed. Should we pack up everything and move in the middle of the night? There was also a dog in one of the rooms that kept barking the whole evening.
