The 2nd Bedroom has exclusive direct access to the main hallway which makes this perfect for Older Children or a 2nd Family for easy access IN and OUT of the condominium also connected directly to the MAIN Unit via a separated connecting door. This is a lot more than just a 2nd Bedroom as it is completely furnished with 2 double beds, a TV, small dining or work area, a microwave, coffee maker, blender, and mini-refrigerator which give all guests ample personal space, comfort, and privacy.

Catch up on some work at the home office desk placed by the windows with spectacular water views and gaze at the native birds flying by your window.

This is part of the Penthouse with a “WOW” factor, the best views all of the Cancun Hotel Zone, the Caribbean Sea, the Golf Course, and the lagoon where nothing can compare.

Spacious and private area for sunbathing on the lounge chairs and sitting areas overlooking the best views of Cancun. At night be dazzled by many of the fireworks shows that can occur, gaze at the city lights and night sky or catch the sunrise over the Caribbean Sea.


*Infinity Pool and Rooftop ( The Common Area)

The Sky Garden has private access to the Rooftop common areas and the infinity pool.

The infinity pool is definitely one of the best in Cancun, overlooking the Caribbean Sea and Isla Mujeres also big enough to get some laps in.
Guest access
Only guests will enjoy the apartment.

The pool is shared with the owners and other guests, when enjoying these areas we will only ask you to respect the rules of the condominium.
Other things to note
The apartment is on the seventh floor, we have two elevators.

You have to cross a boulevard to access the beach

To book, we require our guests to complete their profile by adding an -verified ID. As hosts, it gives us a better level of security and we appreciate it very much.

The condominium has a security booth where they will ask for your identification to access.

You must share the official identifications of each guest at least 24 hours before their arrival so that we can authorize their entry to the condominium with the administration.

If you wish, I can share my contacts for car rental, transportation, and excursions, just ask.

When enjoying the pool, you must respect the rules of the condominium and take the corresponding precautions since the lifeguard service is not provided.

The water in Mexico is not drinkable, so we recommend our guests not cook or drink tap water.

During your stay, remember to be clean, throw the garbage in the indicated deposits, and do not leave food that can attract animals.

Remember that you rent an and our rates do not include daily cleaning service or change of towels, consumables are a courtesy for the first nights, if you have special requests do not hesitate to ask, we will always be willing to make your stay more pleasant.

Air conditioning is an included service but we try to be ecological. Turn it off when you are not in the apartment and do not use it with the doors and windows open, as it can break down.

The cleaning fee includes only one cleaning before your arrival and one after your departure.

Due to the type of furniture we have, we think that our apartment is not designed for children, please, if you come with children, remember that you are responsible for their safety and for any damage that could occur
