'When we booked we upgraded our rooms with hot tubs on the balcony and ocean view. We booked two rooms. Upon arrival they gave us rooms that faced the lagoon and no hot tubs on the balcony. I went to talk to them and was informed that those rooms are "NOT GUARANTEED " even though we paid for those rooms. After 30 min of back and forth they gave us 1 room with a hot tub on the balcony but still no ocean view. The food is average. I do want to give a shout out to the staff of Del Mar. They made...
