'Terrible service, especially at the reception desk, they just couldn’t care less. You are just passing through and they know it. Severe issues with the toilets in the lobby/restaurant (see pictures). They didn’t provide enough towels for a family of four, nor toilet paper, no coffee pods (but reading the reviews this has been going on for years now), for every little detail you need to go down to the lobby and ask for it. Bathroom is flooded after taking a shower, and the pillows are the worst....

'Located closely enough to the airport. My room was nice, I only travelled down for a doctors appointment so I didn’t really tour the property or the facilities to comment on those. I go down a few times a year and this is the only hotel I’m willing to rebook '
