'Terrible service, especially at the reception desk, they just couldn’t care less. You are just passing through and they know it. Severe issues with the toilets in the lobby/restaurant (see pictures). They didn’t provide enough towels for a family of four, nor toilet paper, no coffee pods (but reading the reviews this has been going on for years now), for every little detail you need to go down to the lobby and ask for it. Bathroom is flooded after taking a shower, and the pillows are the worst....

'We chose to stay here for one night as we arrived to Cancun a day before my brother and his family. The place was close to the airport which made it a convenient location. There was a seafood restaurant across the street that had good food and drinks. What I really liked about this place was the room. The room was spacious, updated and clean.
