'Terrible service, especially at the reception desk, they just couldn’t care less. You are just passing through and they know it. Severe issues with the toilets in the lobby/restaurant (see pictures). They didn’t provide enough towels for a family of four, nor toilet paper, no coffee pods (but reading the reviews this has been going on for years now), for every little detail you need to go down to the lobby and ask for it. Bathroom is flooded after taking a shower, and the pillows are the worst....

'unfortunately i had a disappointing experience. One of the main issues was the lack of halal food options. As a guest with specific dietary requirements, I expected at least some consideration or clear labeling, but there were no suitable choices available, which made dining very difficult during my stay. Another major inconvenience was absence of elevators. Carrying luggage and moving between floors became exhausting, especially in the heat. This is something that should be clearly stated...

'This property is about 17 minutes away when leaving the airport and returning it’s about 7 minutes (which is awesome ). The stove did not work! Throughout the duration of our stay, we attempted multiple times to use the stove and it wouldn’t get hot. There were zero complimentary/welcome drinks upon arrival as the booking stated and were only two water bottles in the fridge although I listed that three of us were staying. Menus were available on the counter only for us to order food and be told...
