'We negotiated a room upgrade from Garden View to Sea Facing using credits from the membership presentation. The process was handled poorly by staff: Lack of Communication: They wouldn't tell us where the new room would be, and it wasn't assigned until the next day. Inconvenient Location: Our first room was perfectly located near the lobby, pool, and front desk. This "upgraded" room is much further away, a detail the front desk completely ignored. We were so tired of moving that we didn't want...

'Terrible service, especially at the reception desk, they just couldn’t care less. You are just passing through and they know it. Severe issues with the toilets in the lobby/restaurant (see pictures). They didn’t provide enough towels for a family of four, nor toilet paper, no coffee pods (but reading the reviews this has been going on for years now), for every little detail you need to go down to the lobby and ask for it. Bathroom is flooded after taking a shower, and the pillows are the worst....

'Patricia was very nice. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast great. It is in the outskirts of Cancun and very quiet and bad roads to drive. For us it was a perfect stay close to the airport.'
