'Beautiful hotel, even better than the photos, and super friendly staff. We have stayed here for 9 consecutive nights and just planned day trips all over Quintana Roo. From Cancun to Playa del Carmen and Tulum. We managed to stay away from most tourist traps and have took advice from locals, and so we ended up at lesser known but beautiful cenotes and even a fair/ rodeo.

'Very large, spacious rooms with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Easily accessible from the airport, making it ideal for a stopover while traveling through Mexico. For longer stays, there are perhaps better options nearby with access to beach facilities.'
'Terrible service, especially at the reception desk, they just couldn’t care less. You are just passing through and they know it. Severe issues with the toilets in the lobby/restaurant (see pictures). They didn’t provide enough towels for a family of four, nor toilet paper, no coffee pods (but reading the reviews this has been going on for years now), for every little detail you need to go down to the lobby and ask for it. Bathroom is flooded after taking a shower, and the pillows are the worst....

'Todo increíble!! muy cerca del aeropuerto, tiene donde estacionarse, habitación cómoda y muy amplia, maravilloso lugar para venir con niños!!
Personal super amable, restaurantes del hotel ricos y muy cerca de otros acá de Cancún.
Área en el hotel para tomar clases de surf con Oscar que es un gran gran maestro, salvavidas Vidal súper amable y responsable. En general increíble hotel para viajar en grupo grande y con niños!!!

'A nice small-scale resort with an excellent view. The place could do with some maintenance (paint coming off the walls and mould here and there). Also disappointing there is no restaurant (although there is an external restaurant onsite that serves decent breakfast).
We spent the first night of our Yucatan trip here, which was nice enough, but wouldn't recommend it for long-term stay.'

"Prima hotel, voldoende faciliteiten op het terrein. Hotel is modern en goed bijgehouden. Vriendelijk personeel. Wel een groot complex, maar dat is eerder regel dan uitzondering in Cancun. "

The hotel is situated only 15 minutes from the airport and just off of the hotel zone. It has an awesome private beach with lots of hangouts, bed, tents etc. Every inch of it is worth a photo. The hotel has 3 pools: on the beach, on the roof and next to the lobby (with swim ups). Everything is well maintained.
The rooms are comfortable, nice king size beds and aromatherapy soap, shampoo etc. Yes, there's a highway in front of the hotel and sometimes it can be loud but you get used to it. Breakfast is fresh tropical fruits and your choice of pancakes, toast or french toast. This should fill you up for a while."
