'We kept getting woken up by sales call at 8:30am. They don’t even apologize for waking us up on our vacation. We declined numerous time but they keep calling. Even as we were leaving on our last day they kept pushing. The buffet food wasn’t great. Most of the food tasted horrible and Not enough choices for kids. The cocktails at the pool seemed watered down. Didn’t taste any alcohol. The Nizuc hotel in the middle buffet was MUCH better as well as their restaurants. I would recommend going...

'Very clean and the staff always smiling'

'The property was beautiful and well maintained. This is high rise hotel property not a sprawling complex. So not a lot of walking but not a whole lot to see. The beach was gorgeous but tons of seaweed was all along the coastline (not the properties fault). The water was pretty rough with large waves the 4 days we were there and danger flags were posted. The breakfast in the Market Cafe was a buffet with about anything you could want. We really enjoyed it. The restaurants were good but not great....
