'Todo muy bien me encantó '

'Terrible service, especially at the reception desk, they just couldn’t care less. You are just passing through and they know it. Severe issues with the toilets in the lobby/restaurant (see pictures). They didn’t provide enough towels for a family of four, nor toilet paper, no coffee pods (but reading the reviews this has been going on for years now), for every little detail you need to go down to the lobby and ask for it. Bathroom is flooded after taking a shower, and the pillows are the worst....

'The room was kept spotless. From the very beginning, the staff was absolutely amazing when our luggage was collected to the pool staff. Thomas, Reyes, Entertainment staff Esteban, Ariel, Ileana, All the restaurant and bar staff were amazing. Every staffer I passed had a smile and a greeting. Everyone was more than willing to help with anything we needed. If I have another return trip it will be to Fiesta American. Thank you for everything. '
