'We really enjoyed our time at the Oleo Cancún. The staff were super amazing, especially Julia. After I injured myself she was very attending and helpful always doing her best to make sure I was good. The food was always very good. And the service was great as well. You get to know people and see the same faces which we liked. The waves at the beach were very large and wasn’t good to swim in so most of the time we were by the pool. But the scenery was beautiful and everything was very aesthetic....

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'This place is amazing. It is much more secure than the last place we stayed. The staff are the friendliest mosy helpful staff I've ever met. The food was amazing. Not like the resorts with one buffet you hear about. Lots of restaurants and there is always impromptu food - taco stands, all out bbqs, burgers and more. You do need to book dinner ahead of time if you want a specific restaurant, but you won't go hungry either way. You aren't going to have doritos and dr pepper, but you have much...
