'Most rooms don’t have a balcony ! But otherwise great property, located right above a an evening pub but no noise issues, just across the bridge from a main strip but in a less busy with many cafe/restaurant just down the road. I’m not sure how cooling goes in the summer I was there in April and a fan/open window was sufficient . Felt safe and away from the hustle but easy to join if desired '

'Excellent communication with the hotel before and during our stay. Upgraded room. Very clean and tidy. Kettle etc, hairdryer. Towels changed, bins emptied after day one. Really close to public water bus. Blue line, 2nd stop at Fte Nove. Very close to everywhere! Highly recommend. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks. '

'The staff were kind and helpful and very knowledgeable. The room, small, lacked a place to put luggage and clothes, but as a old boutique hotel, not unexpected. We did have some trouble keeping the water in the shower area. Please know that this hotel is located in more of a residential area, so there will be noises in the morning and late evening as people pass by.'

'Mooi hotel met goede ligging. We hadden kamer die gekoppeld waren. Dat was goed. Buiten een van de kamer stond een machine van een ander hotel continu (ook nacht) te draaien die veel geluid gaf. Dit aangegeven kregen we een andere kamer. Echter zal het altijd een probleem blijven op de 4de verdieping. '
