Golfhotels in Carson Valley

'The floor was filthy , had to mop floor first night. Which was very frustrating. Overall , extremely disappointed . All amenities were in the casino ( gym, pool Restaurant Etc. )Which was in the next parking lot over, I was explained the hotel and motor lodge had amenities , but was never made aware they were all in the Casino Building. Therefore, we were unable to use them. Also, every time the bathroom sink was used there was an awful ( sewer) smell which permeated our entire room and...

'The faucet did not work property in the bathroom. No pressure and no hot water. I had to brush my teeth at the kitchen sink, the jacuzzi in the room did not work. The sent someone and he could not fix it. The front desk made a huge deal in giving me a wattle bottle and they did not want to give me points to compensate how awful the room was. They only refunded the resort fee. I did not have a good experience.'

'The room and property were decent, but the HVAC seemed to pull the cigarette smoke from the casino to our room. Our room was on the second floor and far away from the casino area. If your room happens to be closer to the casino, the cigarette smell would be even worse.'
