'It’s a disappointment because I thought I booked a hotel but we end up in a motel room by the time we check in.we had no choice but to take it..we don’t use an airconditioner because it smells like cigarettes if you turn it on..they don’t let people know that the hotel itself are running on renovation.. We are not going back there again! '

'Very friendly staff. Nice room, clean, comfortable bed. Hotel well maintained. Complementary breakfast was fine. Wifi was slow. Sufficient parking space and easy access towards Lake Tahoe. All in all value for money. '
