Luxe hotels in Carson Valley

'The Hotel, Restaurant, Bar and other amenities were great. However, the very best part was the staff, who were ALL exceptional-plus!! It was truly remarkable how genuinely friendly and helpful the staff members were. We even found the exceptionally friendly service in many of the other venues that we visited nearby. A fabulous few days in North Lake Tahoe that we plan to experience again.'

'Pros: i liked the different pool options, 2 outdoor pools, one indoor and a jacuzzi. The scenery was beautiful and i liked the arcade and full kitchen. The shower was also unique due to the double shower heads. Staff was helpful! Cons: Parking garage was difficult, limited space to maneuver while parking. Only one tiny trash bin in toilet/bathroom, No trash bin in bedroom. No sitting chair in the bedroom, i had to take a chair from the dining room. One pool said it was heated, but it wasn't, it...

'On road trip and wanted to stay in Tahoe for 2 nights. I checked to see if they had a fitness center. Checked for table games in the casino, looked for restaurants and they list a Mexican Restaurant on site, after I had made reservations I received an email stating construction remodel was going on, sorry for inconvenience. Paid mandatory Resort fee, Paid for Parking. Fitness center closed, had to go across the street to use Harrahs, Craps table never opened for my full stay, had to go to...

'2de keer in dit hotel maar deze keer viel het ons toch wel erg tegen. Handdoeken waar telkens haren in zaten. We hadden in eerste instantie een kamer waar echt overal vieze vlekken in het bed zaten en waarbij de wc niet schoon was gemaakt. 2de kamer was beter maar de accommodatie kan wel een upgrade gebruiken.'
