'The staff did not speak English very well or clearly. The "free" breakfast had been discontinued and the pool was closed for refurbishing. The security bolt on the inside of the door was "broken." The room coffee maker was "dirty" or stained so we did not use it. Very disappointed. During the booking process through Expedia, the hotel web page did not say that the free breakfast or that the pool were no longer available to customers.'
