'The Hotel, Restaurant, Bar and other amenities were great. However, the very best part was the staff, who were ALL exceptional-plus!! It was truly remarkable how genuinely friendly and helpful the staff members were. We even found the exceptionally friendly service in many of the other venues that we visited nearby. A fabulous few days in North Lake Tahoe that we plan to experience again.'

'It’s old, bathrooms fixtures were really old, carpet had rolls, my glass dirty, towels were rough feeling. Chairs in room old, cushions were flat. Never met the staff except at check in. Food prices were high. Wouldn’t go here again.'

'2de keer in dit hotel maar deze keer viel het ons toch wel erg tegen. Handdoeken waar telkens haren in zaten. We hadden in eerste instantie een kamer waar echt overal vieze vlekken in het bed zaten en waarbij de wc niet schoon was gemaakt. 2de kamer was beter maar de accommodatie kan wel een upgrade gebruiken.'

'This place hasn’t been updated since the 70ies. Our room had a really bad smell. The sleeping couch was worn and torn. The furniture was uncomfortable. The bed was fine. There were some coloring stains on the duvet. The floor was very uneven and there were cracks in the ceiling. The windows couldn’t be opened since the insect screens were torn and there was so much dirt and cobwebs between the screen and the window. It really felt dirty. The laundry room floor was really dirty and the waste...
