'Leuk authentiek hotel, netjes verzorgd, midden in centrum'

'Gaining entry was a nightmare. It was impossible to enter without filling in an online form for both of us and the form wouldn’t accept our passport and other details. When we spoke to the owner he was helpful but it was a terrible and stressful start to our stay. The lift didn’t work so we had to carry our bags upstairs. The room itself was pleasant but the shared bathroom was dirty, had broken shower doors and a disgusting toilet brush. In my opinion you shouldn’t have this property on your...

'Everything was perfection. Cant say enough about it. Starting mainly with the owners, Annalisa and Duccio. We have travelled to many destinations across the world. We have never had service to this level. They go above and beyond with exceptional service and truly make you feel like you are right at home and in a beautiful setting. Every detail, from the care and service to the accommodations and fresh delicious breakfasts served daily, is truly extraordinary. We would return with our family any...

'Prachtige rustige locatie vlak bij de termen. Motoren mochten we parkeren in de tuin '

'Very nice, perfect location. Great breakfast and snacks available. Sunset patio…wine nearby….'

'Ruime kamer op een fijne locatie, goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding! Kwartiertje lopen naar het centrum van Siena. Kamer verzorgd alleen parkeren wat lastig.'

'We booked 1 day before we would arrive and everything went smoothly. The owner texted me through whatsapp and was really friendly. The accommodation is located perfectly in the city center of Siena. The room was tidy and had everything we needed. I really recommend staying there.'

'The owners were very helpful and clear in their instructions. The decor was perfect for the setting, and the bed most comfortable. Fantastic breakfast and good local recommendations. The room is just a short walk from everything to want to see and do in Siena.'
