'Overall, we had a wonderful time at Jetties Pointe Cottage #2. I was very impressed of how clean the cottage was, also the ease to beach access, and the fact that you could grill outside and eat under the cabanas. Thank up for the detergent pods, that is a plus and very thoughtful. One downside to our visit, I cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner when we stay at a place at the beach. Just for you to know that the toaster in Cottage #2 is not working properly, would be a good idea to replace it....

'Unique property, right on the beach . Great view from balcony Plan to visit again'

'If this location were anywhere else, it would only be a 4-star accommodation. However, this happens to have a beach as it's backyard, so the extra star is earned. I will say the property was very clean, check in was a breeze, and there was no noise or issues from the other guests. It was also an unexpected perk to have access to beach chairs and umbrellas. Unfortunately we found the beds pretty uncomfortable and there was evidence of a big water leak on the ceiling in the screened in porch....

'Property is in major need of repair. Obvious flooding had occurred and damaged sheetrock had not been replaced and could smell the mold and it affected my breathing. The bathroom vanity was cracked and damaged in multiple places which also had water damage. No stoppers in tub or sink. Walks cracked, damaged and scratched. Master bedroom is at least 5 or more degrees hotter than the rest of place could not get comfortable at night even with ceiling fan on because it did not cool down. The views...

'We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely stay again. The location was perfect. Walk out the door and you are right on the beach. I felt spoiled! So many great views. The screened in balcony was perfect. And the master bed was very comfy. Host was quick to respond. No complaints at all.'

'Everything was exceptional'

'Everything was as listed. There were 3 beach chairs available when we stayed, but they were starting to fall apart. We didn’t use any amenities available on-site, instead opting to go to the public beaches. Highly recommend taking the free buses downtown / to the beach to avoid the parking fees and congestion! '

'I absolutely loved the location. It was quiet and views of the water'

'Very close to the beach and restaurants! Loved the pool and everything was within walking distance.'

'When I booked this place, it did not indicate they were under renovation. Since we were the only one staying there, they put us in one of the renovated rooms, but still needs some things to complete. Like a Chest of drawers to put your clothes in there was no place to put clothes other than on the shelf and there were no hangers. There were no end tables in the living room so we had to use the barstools. The shower door in the guest bathroom was on backwards so if you hang your towel up, you...

'Good'

'The room was clean and nice for 2 people. Close to the beach, great location.'

'The place was excellent!!! Very beautiful and close to the beach. Super cozy. It was perfect and just what I had in mind.'

'the absolute best views and beyond better hosts'

'We had a great stay. The apartment was cleaned and very nice. Host was friendly and very polite. Highly recommended'

'The condo is as described. Clean, plenty of accommodations, close walk to the beach (literally across the street!). The parking situation between units is not ideal but was ok for our CRV. If you a have a large SUV/truck, parking will be challenging. Backing in from the road worked best for us. Overall great place and we would stay again!'

'Overall I had a great time staying here! The property was perfect for me and my partner and we enjoyed the big bed, nice kitchen and living room and small outside patio that looked out onto a pond. We also enjoyed how close the pool was. The area is a little worn down on the outside, but the inside was great. The only thing is we had a cockroach in our bedroom the first night and my partner left a drink on our side table and there were small bugs crawling in it the next morning. However, I do...

'The place was exactly what I needed: Clean, open, and easy access to our destinations. Communication with the owner was great. I'd do it again!'
