'Genoten van een aantal dagen in Lugano. Bij inchecken kregen we bij receptie een Swiss card wat super handig was bij het openbaar vervoer en korting op diverse andere dingen. Ontbijt was uitstekend verzorgd met bijzonder aardig personeel. Nadeel was een smal bad met een douche gordijn! Wat niet zo prettig aanvoelt tijdens het douchen. Hadden een kamer op de 4e etage met balkon en schitterend uitzicht over het meer. Locatie is fantastisch!'

Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! '

'This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. The opposite of that is the case with this place! It was spacious, comfortable, the view truly is breathtaking and it was spotlessly clean. Also, the owner is so nice and the communication was easy and quick,...

'The staff was very kind and helpfull. The breakfast was average with every day the same. Any hot items like eggs, extra to pay. Finally a Formula1 standard. Bed reminden me at the army times, so below the modern standard. This is maximum a 7 rating.'
