'De kamer werd geadverteerd en bevestigd als kamer met terras, dit is niet zo, er loopt een overdekte buitengang langs, zoals bij 1000-den motels in de USA, dit kan niet gezien worden als terras. Bij navraag bij de conciërge werd dit afgedaan als een fout in de vertaling of dat de boel wat te mooi was afgeschilderd. Kamers zijn okay maar klein voor € 400/nacht, voorzieningen zijn matig en de lounge is alleen open tijdens het ontbijt.'

'Prima hotelletje voor een paar dagen New York. De kamer is klein maar efficient en er is een prima lobby waar je goed kunt zitten. Gratis ontbijt is een aardige plus ( koffie, croisants, muffins maar ook vers fruit). Vlak bij Grand Central station, dus goede metro verbindingen. Aardig personeel. Goed matras en grote tv (niet gebruikt). '

'Dichtbij de subway en leuke koffietentjes= ideale locatie voor ons. Kamers zijn niet al te groot. Heel de dag door kan je bij de receptie flesjes water gratis pakken. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op de 19e verdieping zit een dakterras.'

Veel restaurantjes en supermarkt om de hoek. Met de metro in 10 minuten op Times Square. Upper West is iets rustiger dan down town, dus fijn om even bij te komen van een dag hectisch NYC!'

'Nice hotel on great location. We had a quite room on the east side of the building. Room was nicely arranged maybe the carpet could be cleaner. Shower was nice and hot with every day clean towels and soap. Coffee and tea was supplied every day for the machine. They kept our luggage after check out in a locked room. Reception personnel was kind and helpful. '

So overall great experience! Would recommend.'
