'Well here is the thing, there were padlocks on the door , no staff , no tenants, the place was shut down and abandoned, we even had a gentleman from next door call the establishment with no answer and we called the number listed on expedia which said was no longer in service. This left myself and 3 fellow travelers to walk on the road with heavy traffic and all of our luggage to hail a taxi, 25 usd to take us to another resort. So....do not recommend.'

'Súper atención lo recomiendo mucho '

'Muy buena ubicación '

'Muy bonito; piscina fantastica y camas excelentes.'

'We stayed for 2 weeks. The view is amazing. The pool with sea view very enjoyable. The staff was amazing, always prompt to help with anything we needed. Only one mile away from the ferry and main downtown. The walking is easy and safe. We will be back next year.'

'Great customer service and clean areas'

'Property clean, we'll kept. Need to change up the food. Service was good for most part as I guess they were shirt staff. Nice little beach and snorkeling. Money spent on all inclisive was not worth it. Had much much better elsewhere.'

'Clean rooms'

'Muy cómodo'

'Habitación muy cómoda, la ubicación es excelente. El personal muy amable.'

'Perfect place in terms of decor and comfort. It’s nicely tucked in the center of town . Perfect for a mother / daughter getaway. The spiral staircase give the place a challenging but worthwhile exercise of balance and fun'

'Ojo, Expedia te vende la estadía con desayuno, es mentira, el Hotel no cuenta con restaurantes, en cuanto al Hotel no tengo ninguna queja, super tranquilo y ameno. 10/10'

'Hotel has everything You need. Very comfortable and pleasant. Location is great. Staff is great. Walking distance to everything. Main plaza is like 2-3 minute walk. Lots of restaurants in the area and close to Malecon. Front desk is very helpful. Thank You Cristobal for recommendations and for all your help.'

'Only thing i would say is the tv had no channels.'

'Es muy buena opción de hotel en Cozumel. El desayuno es básico pero es bueno. Es muy tranquila la ubicación y el personal es muy amable, el único problema es la regadera, se sale toda el agua y el baño termina todo mojado'
