'I've stayed at the Hotel St. Lauren and thought is was fine, so was happy to book one night for an important family event on Catalina. However, I was very disappointed with this booking. It stared with my family member and I booking separately and finding we had a 200.00 per night difference in room rate for the same type room. Upon check-in, we were told that our rooms were on the 3rd and 6th floors but that the elevator was out of service for an unknown amount of time. Walking up any stairs...
