'We had a wonderful vacation. The cottage was cute, very clean, and the host was great! Great location! The beach is a very short 2 minute walk, the bay just a 1 minute walk. Short walk to local restaurants. We had a short stay, so we didn't get to use the kayaks, but we did take advantage of the pool. Loved that the property had grills, and a cute outdoor area as well. 'Completely new inside, clean and just the right size for the 2 of us. Location is walkable to the beach (as long as your not carrying too many things). Or you can drive a couple minutes to Bowman's. Overall good accomodations. '

'Very comfortable, inviting stay at the Beachy Cape Coral getaway after a long journey from Minnesota, trying to get ahead of back to back Winter storms. 'This home was perfect for our family of 4 and was exactly as described. The golf cart was in the shop, so the owners rented one for us to use. It was so much fun cruising around the island, loading it up with the beach chairs and umbrellas to go to the beach and taking it to see the sunsets. We didn't use the kayaks, because it seemed a bit far to walk them to the beach, but it would have been doable. There were bikes, but only 1 was usable after a little work. While kayaking, we watched dolphins swimming and had a seaturtle surface right next to us! After kayaking, we quickly walked to the beach to enjoy the sun and the waves. 'We were here with our two young kids (4&6). Area is peacefull. The cottage was everything we needed: luxurious, very clean and unexpected ammenities provided our every need. Pleasant surprise to find some snacks and the fridge stocked with cold beers. Shared garden with bbq was great. We used the beach cart with umbrella and chairs for our beach visits (5m walk). Also used the freely available bikes, subs and kayaks. When we kayaked into the bay we saw dolphins just a few feet away! Obviously...
