'Told me I had to pay for food items I didnt take. I just took it out of the tip I had left for the housekeepers. Sad'

'Great stay'

'Vriendelijke ontvangst, mooie kamers, ideaal voor 4 personen, nogal krap met ons zessen. Lawaaiierige airco en koelkast. Electriciteit valt soms uit in de hele wijk. Naam 'luxury' suites is mss wel wat misleidend 😉'

'The unit was very well furnished & decorated. The view of the pool & ocean were very relaxing. The building however, needs exterminator services. The lobby has several mosquitos, and there were several roaches in the kitchen area. Conversations can be heard in the hallway as well as music from the street, so if you need a soundproof unit, look elsewhere. The pool area is huge! Likely 2.5 times an olympic pool in length. The fitness center has enough of the basics to get in a good session. The...

'Nothing likeable in this unit. It is smelly, the cleaner itself do not know how to clean the room and she herself is the owner but do not know how to clean.'

'スリッパは使い捨てを使い回し。 シャワーが時間帯で弱い。 シーツも前の宿泊者から取り替えていない？ 18時以降はコンシェルジュおらず、チェックインに苦労した。（鍵が見当たらず、悪戦苦闘）'

'This is the WORST place I booked at. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE IN BOOKING HERE. Communication is almost non-existent. I inquired about their additional fees after booking but no response. Check the property details first so you'll know the add-on fees. I contacted Hotels.com if i can cancel my reservation so they sent a message to the property and they didn't get a response after 24hrs so Hotels told me my reservation is still in place. The property owner responded later on to my inquiry and...

'お部屋自体はとてもきれいだった。少し廊下が臭かった。'

'The room needs maintenance and thorough cleaning. Kitchen sink drain plugged. Shower curtain rod is broken. Taps need outlet cleaning. Bedding was very old not of goid quality. Had issues with ants and bed bugs in the unit. Air conditioner filter was so dirty the unit alarmed. I cleaned it myself. Walls require repair patching, and painting. Elevators were in constant repair mode for one reason or another. Overall, this particular rental, I wouldn't recommend. Very disappointed in this rental....

'It was very spacious .. we booked a premium 3 bedrooms for our family !! Everyone was comfortable ..! Service was great very accommodating !'

'I honestly don’t know where to begin. First of all, this is NOT a one bedroom unit. It’s a studio. You don’t get to build a completely see-through glass sliding door and call it a one bedroom simply because the living room and bedroom are now separated by that see through glass wall. Bugs, leaky showers, loose bathroom tiles… had to call maintenance just to get my laundry out of the washing machine… furniture was very old and VERY uncomfortable… laminate missing in the kitchen, dirty dishes… I...
