'They tell you that you have all these amenities or complimentary stuff but they leave out the important details. I had a gift certificate only to find out that you can only use at restaurants within the hotel and not when you check out to cover the room charges. The complimentary drinks, it does not state that you can only claim it at a specific restaurant. The complimentary massage, they would not even accommodate us for the whole time we were there. 'Don't stay at this hotel if you only plan to stay overnight and can't arrive early to check-in and leave early the next morning like what we did.
Despite our rather short stay, we were able to celebrate my dad's birthday in a memorable way. We even got a complimentary cake!
My parents loved their room and so did my brother and cousin. Our room was spacious enough for our curious one year old and our 10 year old son.
Wide variety of choices in their breakfast buffet and they even packed...

'Excellent! Beautiful location, quiet en friendly staff. The food was delicious. We went to this resort last February (2019), to vist our family in Tagbilaran for the first time. The staff was so friendly, we hadn't met friendly staff like they was before. We visited the Islands on the east side of the Mactan Island by boatrip. We also went to the Panglao Island by ferry from Cebu, keep in mind that i will take a half day to come there. Outside the resort was a lot of traffic and real Philippines...

'Amazing resort!!! So relaxed and staff so helpful and friendly.
Rooms are magnificent. We stayed in the Delux Room Seaview and it has incredible views.
HUGE bathroom and very spacious. Our friends stayed in Premier room (paid more) but I don’t believe the room was much different and was very far from restaurant and pool so Delux is better.
Big verandah and table and chairs.
Snorkelling it incredible.
Pool is incredible.
Ferry on time and everything very clean'
