'Loved our stay. The staff were so attentive and helpful. Everything we needed was a call away. The rooms were so clean and spacious. There is a dedicated mall entrance connected by a walkway through the main lobby. We booked a massage, and while they don’t have a dedicated massage parlor, having them come to our room to massage us on the bed was very nice. 'I had a lovely stay in The Reef - what a beautiful place! Very nice rooms, fine breakfast, very warm and friendly staff, and very easy access to great snorkeling. One point of attention - when the staff orders a taxi, they automatically order a luxury taxi which is double as expensive as a white taxi. As you need to pay taxis with cash, this can lead to a negative surprise when you are low on cash (for me, on my trip to the airport going back)'
