'オーシャンビューの部屋プランで予約したものの、1階の部屋に通され、目の前はオーシャンWingのロビー車寄せになっており、ガーデンもそこまで見えない状況でした（車寄せの騒音は気にならず）。 食事にGrab配達（日本のUber eatsのようなもの）を多用しており、食事の受取場所であるオーシャンロビーからほど近く、何かとロビーに用があり利便性がよかったことと、海とプールとキッズパークにアクセスが非常に良かったため、部屋の交換を交渉しませんでしたが、これらの利便性がなければオーシャンビューに変更すべきところでした。 スタッフは全員とても親切で、連れて行ったキッズたちを歓迎してくれました。'

I was unable to shower for three days due to brown substance flowing from all facets and shower. Also there were so many small inexpensive repairs needed that would improve the property easily.
