'Incredible facility and staff. Especially Audrey at the front desk and the bartender last night. If ever back in Phoenix we will absolutely stay here again!!!'

'The kiosk check in process was super easy since we arrived late. We had no issues accessing our room. The room was new, modern, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy! The only “issue” was the floor was not swept very well and there were piles of dirt in the corners. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we would stay again!'

'The hotel was really nice and the breakfast buffet was good. However, the tv wasn’t working well, the bathroom door wouldn’t close completely and it was loud. Our room was next to a busy street, walls were thin and the air conditioning was loud. If those things improved, it would be a great place to stay.'

'Normally, there is a least one water bottle, and new toilet paper. There were no waters and only one toilet paper that was not new. The room was clean and comfortable.'

'THE SHOWER LEAKED UNDER THE STALL AND THERE WAS A MILDEW ODOR IN THE BATHROOM, THE COFFEE POT DID NOT WORK, IT KEPT TURNING OFF AND NEVER HEATED, THE TV ALSO DID NOT WORK, THE REMOTE WOULD NOT ACTIVATE ANY CHANNELS. YOU COULD HEAR THE PEOPLE GETTING ON AND OFF THE ELEVATOR AND THE NOICE IN THE HALLWAY.'
