'Jetted tub in villas, monopole trail, putting green, excellent cable channels, friendly and knowledgeable staff, villas are well stocked with almost everything including washer, dryer and dishwasher. Friendly service makes a BIG difference to us, plus they were very helpful with our desires.'

'We had a fantastic stay at the Phoenician. The food and service were excellent! The staff was so friendly and attentive. We had a tough flight getting into Phoenix and the hotel manager was so kind and upgraded our room and comped our parking, which immediately lifted our spirits. Our room was gorgeous and the golf course, spa and fitness center were top notch. We will definitely be back!! '
