'Great customer service and resort is a perfect getaway'

'I came here for a solo trip for a few days to escape reality. The resort is certainly set up so you don't have to leave, which is exactly what I was looking for. The staff was very professional (when I couldn't find the coffee shop I asked a cleaning lady who stopped what she was doing to walk me to the shop). I also loved that there are water refill stations on every floor. However, the coffee shop definitely needs a makeover. It doesn't measure up to the rest of the resort. Also, there's no...
