'Room clean staff great'

'The shuttle driver was unfriendly and not welcoming. We had two rooms and neither shower worked well. Attention to detail lacking: The shower had an open, used bar of soap and there was garbage on bathroom counter. The bed was made with flat sheet sideways. The towels did not seem clean. The hotel is tired and worn. On the upside, the front desk clerk was nice. '

'The personnel was very friendly, and they entertained the kids during breakfast. The room was clean and tidy.'

'Stayed 2 nights for baseball spring training games. Parking was free and convenient. Property was very clean and fresh! Staff were accommodating, attentive, and friendly. Would absolutely recommend! '

'The hotel needs a serious make over. We stayed there 15 years ago and I think nothing has been upgraded. There were numerous Little League families staying and it was super noisy, even late at night, with kids running the halls. I finally had to get dressed and address the situation. Feels like we should get a refund as we were forced to end our 7 night reservation after 2 nights and go elsewhere. It really disrupted over vacation. '

'The pet area was just some left over pieces of fake grass soaked in urine and smelled terrible with the heat. Also my room was missing the entire bed comforter and it was super cold. '

'Breakfast was ok. Very close to ASU which was nice. Nice to have a pool. '

'This place is conveniently located to the Peoria sports complex. We were there for spring training. The hotel is very rundown with wallpaper peeling and walls painted with two different paint colors. The vent in our bathroom was boarded over. They charge a lot of money during the six weeks of spring training, but it’s just not worth it. The only positive I can say is that it’s within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. I wish they would spend some of the money repairing the hotel. '
